Description The incumbent is a team member of application engineering team to provide pre-sales and aftersales technical services and support to customers of Emerson Retail Solutions products applications and projects in China. This position will report to Manager Application Engineering Cold Chain China. Responsibilities Communicate with customers to understand products projects technology trend and marketing information and their new project plans. Conduct technical training or seminar on products and application. Provide specification application guidelines manual and recommendation in system application. Visit customers sites to diagnose problems on system application. Provide system data analysis and recommendation to improve projects. Follow up on-ongoing projects about design installation field commissioning issue troubleshooting. Deal with routine queries on technical issues. Provide improvement recommendation for line issues and return issues. Handle quality issues and follow up the improvement. Support RD sales marketing and plants on engineering issues. Participate in new product de ***projects. Summarize application cases and prepare required technical documents. Requirements Bachelors Degree or above in Electrical or Electronics. Bachelors Degree or above in Refrigeration HAVC Energy and Power Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with air conditioning or refrigeration working experience will also be considered. A minimum of 2 years working experience in refrigeration HVAC or Energy and Power Engineering and being familiar with PLC or Controller is desirable. Strong problem solving skill and resilient to stay positive to challenges. Good analytical and communication skill. Quick learner and good team player. Good command of English. This position will be based in Suzhou or Qingdao.
